We are dedicated to supporting individuals with diverse needs and challenges. We focus on providing assistance to people with various disabilities—including physical, visual, intellectual, and mental impairments—as well as those with autism.
Our commitment extends to the transgender community, indigenous populations, and ethnic minorities.
By promoting inclusivity and empowerment, we aim to build a society where everyone has the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential and make meaningful contributions.
Our journey began on January 1, 2004, with the launch of the 'We are 11' program, marking the start of our commitment to social betterment through a non-political and non-profit approach. Our mission is to uplift underprivileged, marginalized, and destitute communities by offering comprehensive support to individuals with disabilities—whether mental, physical, visual, or intellectual—as well as the transgender community, indigenous peoples, and ethnic minorities.
We are dedicated to empowering women, eliminating gender inequality, and ensuring women’s equal participation in social, family, and public spheres. Our efforts extend to promoting local governance, eradicating child labour, ending child marriage, abolishing the dowry system, combating domestic abuse, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, and ensuring that every street child and school dropout has access to education.
Additionally, we work alongside local governments to allocate state land to the landless, target human traffickers and promptly alert law enforcement, and educate farmers about their legal rights in agriculture.
Through these initiatives, we strive to build a "Golden Bangladesh"—a nation free from hunger and poverty, technologically advanced, and self-sufficient, where every citizen has the opportunity to thrive.
Strengthening and modernizing local government based on gender equality and ensuring sustainable development for all citizens in personal, family, social, and state life through the empowerment of women
